The story is this:
On a cold, snowy Saturday afternoon, Stacy decided it was a perfect day for a shopping trip. So, she called up Amy, Emily, and Brianna, who were her best friends to ask them if they wanted to go to the mall. All of them proclaimed ‘That’s a great idea!” Stacy’s mother drove all four teenagers to the mall. The cool thing about Stacy and her mom was they looked identical. They had medium length, curly auburn hair, and the bluest eyes. There were never dull moments when you were around both of them; because they had an amazing sense of humor, and were bound to always have a good time- all the time. Her mother dropped them off, and told them to have fun and she would be back in four hours. The girls said “Thanks!” and walked in.
They walked into the main entrance and saw that everyone had the idea to go shopping that day, it was so busy! It was lunch time, and the girls decided to go to the food court first. Each of them went to a different food place- Stacy went to Arby’s, Amy went to Sbarros, Emily went to Ted’s and Brianna went to Taco Bell. After they got their food, they met in the center booth next to the GAP. They all enjoyed their lunch, but they noticed an unfriendly face sitting across from them. This man’s name was Ronny, he was known all over for his weird surveys that he took for money online. He appeared homeless, because his beard was scruffy, and his hair was in dreadlocks and very long. As he walked past you, you smelled the disgusting odor, so you know he did not shower for a
couple of days, maybe even weeks. The girls looked at each other and Stacy said “Oh maybe he’s just daydreaming.” The girls hoped so!!! They cleared their trays and got to shopping- they were so pumped! Christmas was coming up in a couple of weeks, so the girls were thrilled when they saw in big red letters: CLEARANCE in Rainbow. Rainbow was the girls’ favorite store in the mall. The store always had the latest styles and always had a variety of sizes and colors. Stacy got a bright red long sleeve shirt, and Amy got a sky blue one. Brianna got a black, gray, and white skirt with a black blouse to match. Emily got jeans, a yellow cami, and a gray, yellow polka dotted cardigan. They cashed out, and as they were walking out they saw Ronny sitting on a wooden bench right outside Rainbow, they ran into Barnes and Noble. Barnes and Noble was the closest store to them, so they wanted to get out of his eyesight.
The mall was packed, so they had thought that they lost Ronny, but as they were looking at books, Ronny was standing there buying some fresh brewed coffee. Now, to understand more why the girls were petrified of Ronny was that he was wearing black carpenter jeans and some black sneakers; he also was wearing a long black detective like jacket. They suddenly realized a dance was coming up, and none of them had dresses, so they decided to run into JcPenneys real quick to see if anything caught their eye. They saw a lot of colors, so they decided to take a closer look, at all the winter colors. Some of the dark and
vivid winter colors they saw were: maroon, different shades of blue, and some earthy tones. They turned around and there was Ronny once again. He looked like just an average man in the mall, but Stacy and her friends knew otherwise; hence he had been following them for about 2 hours. Stacy had now had enough and went to security, knowing Ronny would follow them there. She reported him and security was now also following the girls. Ronny was a very smart person, and he decided to not following the girls while security was present. The security guards thought that Stacy and her friends were pulling a prank, and called their parents. All of their parents were at work, so Stacey’s mom showed up she was only a couple blocks away at the grocery store so it was convenient for her to show up anyways. They were freshmen in high school, so Stacey’s mom didn’t think they would get into any trouble. Security had the girls go off and shop, meanwhile they were going to have a talk with her mother. The security guards told her mother that the girls complained of an elderly man following them everywhere, and her mother said “Well I don’t think they would lie about that.” They replied, “Well, they pulled us from our job when something more serious could have happened.” Her mother said “Well, I’m sorry this happened.” Security said “Don’t let it happen again” Her mother went to go find the girls and found them at Famous Footwear, she asked them if everything was okay, and asked if he was around. The girls said that they haven’t seen him but are worried and feel like someone is watching them,all the time. Her mother said okay, I’m going to look around and see if I see any shoes or if I spot Ronny. She was looking at a pair of chocolate brown Uggs, and she noticed an older man looking up at her. He asked if she needed any help, and she responded “Umm… no thanks” She noticed he did
