		<description>sry bout ur dad.......litle giant pumps are still around.. just remove the old 1 and bring it to a plumbing supply..the will tell you if u can just put an impeller in it or to replace the whole pump...lowes and home depot sell crap for pumps .. plastic pieces of junk taiwan or some where&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;This is the SAME ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; This is the SAME model I have! Installed 9/04! 1375 sq ft single story home. It&#039;s 5.5 years old. In that time, the capacitor has went out 250 dollars....the coolant tube developed a leak three months later...550 repair, and now the compressor went out 994 labor charge. Preventative maintenance was also done twice yearly. I&#039;m re thinking the PM since it doesn&#039;t seem to be helping.</description>
